DR permits guide

Real estate: title or contract, registry certificate, survey if applicable, appraisal, municipal permits, zoning/use of land, construction license if applicable, environmental authorizations when required.

Tourism: ownership or lease documents, municipal permits, applicable tourism licenses, operating authorizations, environmental and health permits depending on the project.

Agriculture: proof of tenure or lease, water-use permits if applicable, agricultural/health registrations, environmental permits when there is impact, planting, maintenance, and harvest budget.

Art and music: proof of ownership or exploitation rights, artist/producer contracts, production budget, licenses, revenue plan, and image/brand authorizations.

Energy: concessions, environmental permits, interconnection, technical studies, power purchase contracts, and applicable regulatory authorizations.
